Diane is a consultant with Selman-Holman & Associates in Denton, Texas. Diane has been in home health for almost 20 years, starting out as a field nurse and then becoming the co-director of the employee education department of a large multi-site agency. In that position, she assisted with the development and implementation of the materials used for employee orientation and training. She has also served as the regional director of operations for a home care management company, and was ultimately responsible for the operations of several branch agencies.
