Important reminders

Registration/hotel deadlines

  • Apr. 30, 2019 – First early registration discount ends at midnight Central Time. Please register and book your hotel early to ensure you get the maximum discount.
  • June 30, 2019 – Second and final early registration deadline ends at midnight Central Time. All registrations made after this date will no longer qualify for discounts.
  • Aug. 17, 2019 – Discounted hotel rate is only available through this date. Beginning Aug. 18, room rates will be subject to the hotel’s discretion. Don’t wait, book now!
  • Aug. 18, 2019 – Cancellation/substitution deadline. All cancellations received by Aug. 18, will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. After Aug. 18, no refunds can be offered except in cases of emergency.

What’s included

Your conference registration includes: All educational sessions, conference materials, networking reception, breakfast/lunch on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, and all refreshment breaks.

Payment Information

Selman-Holman accepts all major credit cards via our registration service (PayIt2). Payments are processed by PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to submit payment. Payments can also be submitted via mail/fax via this form.

Continuing Education

Insight 2019 has been approved for continuing education hours. Exact hours available will be published soon and are dependent on full attendance at specific conference sessions. Selman-Holman is an accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education.


All cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Selman-Holman office via email to nicole@selmanholman.com. All cancellations received by Aug. 18 will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee. After Aug. 18, 2019, no refunds will be issued except in case of emergency. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other Selman-Holman programs.
