PDGM (Patient-Driven Grouper Model) is the first major change to home health payment since PPS began in 2000. PDGM requires process and operational changes to survive. 

The participant will be able to apply the concepts of the new payment system to determine appropriate diagnoses through appropriate documentation and communication and assess the functional status of patients accurately.

This course includes 9 lessons. Each lesson will include a handout, instructional video and post quiz. Once all lessons are completed, there will be a final exam to test your knowledge. At the end of the course, complete the evaluation to download your certificate.

• Updating at the 30-Day Mark (20 minutes)
• Functional Scoring (100 minutes)
• How to use the Grouper Tool (10 minutes)
• Final Exam (50 questions)
